Senninger Irrigation products
Ultra low application intensity preserves soil integrity.
The Senninger i-Wob has a unique patented off-center rotary action design. It provides ultra low application intensity by delivering water over a larger area in a uniform pattern. This lowers the impact of the sprinkler pattern on the soil structure, preserving the soil’s ability to absorb water. The preservation of intake rate, increases soak time greatly reducing the potential for soil compaction, soil sealing and irrigation water run-off. The i-Wob is available with three different deflectors based on the desired droplet size and trajectory. The unique design of the i-Wob provides relatively uniform-sized droplets that are adequate in size to resist wind distortion. The patented integral weight helps keep the i-Wob in place in the wind. The i-Wob is designed for flexible drop installations.
True multiple deflector pads for consistent droplet size. The Senninger LDN, by using multiple deflector pad levels (single, double and triple), utilizes additional grooves to direct water and control droplet size. This enables the LDN to handle large flows, up to 16.8 gpm (3823 L/hr) while still providing a gentle spread-out application.
As the nozzle flow increases with the distance from the pivot point, multiple pads are used to increase the area of instantaneous coverage. By dividing the nozzle flow into a larger number of streams and applying that flow over a larger surface area, the application intensity is reduced.
QUAD SPRAY®LEPA (Low Energy Precision Application) device.
The Senninger Quad-Spray was developed specifically for LEPA (Low Energy Precision Application) utilizing very little water and energy to operate. It makes pivot irrigation possible in regions previously hindered by limited water supplies. It is possible to achieve 95-98% water application efficiency. LEPA is combined with improved agronomic practices such as furrow basins and planting in a circle to further enhance irrigation water management.
Modes:
Bubble (LEPA 1) - gently deposits water into furrow basins between the rows of plants. This keeps the plant canopy dry. Water is applied on alternate rows.
Aerated Bubble (LEPA 2) - gently deposits water into furrow basins.
Spray Irrigation - wets entire soil surface, ideal for seed germination and irrigating close-seeded crops.
Chemigation – corn (58 degree upward throw), cotton (15-30 degree upward throw) for fertilizer and pesticide applications.
Quality is Black & White. Senninger introduced the first high-quality in-line pressure regulator to the irrigation industry in 1966. Over the years these black and white regulators have become known for their reliable performance.
With a wide range of pressure and flows, they can meet a variety of installation needs. Each is built for strength and durability using high-impact engineering grade thermoplastics.
TRUSS ROD HOSE SLINGSUsed in conjunction with the 125-degree models of goosenecks. The Senninger system of 125-degree goosenecks and truss rod hose slings allows conversion of wide spacing machines to closer drop spacing, reducing or eliminating the need for welding extra outlets. The truss rod hose slings securely fasten 3/4” flexible hose to truss rod maintaining the drop/sprinkler position and allows easy adjustment. They support the flexible hose to prevent kinking. This helps reduce pattern interruption from colliding streams.
• Color-coded models for various truss rod sizes: 5/8" (rust); 11/16" (green); 3/4" (black); 13/16" (grey); 7/8" (blue)
• Backed by 2-year warranty on materials, workmanship and performance
GOOSENECKSGoosenecks allow placement of applicators closer to the crop to minimize wind drift.
Senninger goosenecks are constructed of non-corrosive UV-resistant thermoplastic for long life and reduced plugging. They attach to the mainline using galvanized nipple or Senninger impact-modified thermoplastic nipple. They are lightweight for easy handling and lower freight costs.
125-degree models coupled with Truss Rod Hose Slings spreads the flow over a larger area. This lowers the application intensity, helping to preserve soil integrity.
